Visitors:
Strictly not allowed inside guest rooms. Meetings must be held in the lobby area only.

Prohibited Activities:
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and anywhere on hotel premises. We are a 100% smoke-free facility.

Damage to Property:
Guests are liable for misplacement and any damage to furniture, electrical/electronic fittings, cutlery and linens or hotel property. Strict action will be taken by the hotel management, and charges will be levied on the management's assessment of repair or replacement costs.

Linens:
Any permanent stains or damage to bedspreads, quilts, pillow covers, and towels will be charged to the guest.

Room Keys:
Loss or damage of the room key will result in a replacement charge of ₹500 (INR).

Restricted Access:
Terrace access and cooking in rooms (except in Suite Room) are strictly prohibited for safety and hygiene reasons. Guests are instructed not to do these under any circumstances.

Timings:
Standard Check-in and Check-out are based on 24 hours cycle. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Child Policy:
Children above 6 years of age are considered adults for billing purposes.
